First line of characters (Roman letters or numbers, up to 13 characters)

Second line of characters (Roman letters or numbers, up to 10 characters)

Candle (with/without) 100 yen

Timing of serving (with drink/after meal surprise)

*Please rest assured that even if you make a reservation for multiple people, the course fee will only be charged for the number of plates.

*Orders other than plates can be placed on the day at the store.
